Victoria is an Associate Attorney at Illinois Advocates and focuses her practice primarily on Family Law, Probate, and Wills and Trusts.

Victoria received her undergraduate degree in Journalism and Communications with a double minor in Marketing and Pre-Law from Hampton University (Virginia) in May 2013. Victoria then earned her JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2016.

At Chicago-Kent, Victoria earned a certificate in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution and became a certified mediator through the Center for Conflict Resolution. Victoria also earned a certificate from the Illinois State Bar Association Excellence in Legal Education Award winning Praxis program, an experiential skills based program aimed at cultivating practical and entrepreneurial skills for attorneys.

During law school Victoria served as a legal intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also worked as a legal intern at the C-K Law Group of Chicago-Kent, an in-house live-client firm, where she was part of the Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution and Employment Discrimination and Civil Rights Litigation programs. Victoria is also the former President of the Chicago-Kent Chapter of BLSA.

Victoria was admitted to practice law in May 2017. Following admission, Victoria became an Associate Attorney at Golden Law where she maintained a general practice caseload focusing primarily on domestic, probate, estate planning, small claims, and eviction matters and practiced throughout Cook and DuPage counties.

Victoria is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is also a licensed Notary Public in the state of Illinois and a member of the Cook County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
